The village itself is free to enter and open year-round, and meeting Santa is free. You pay only for the official Santa photo, rides and activities.
Opening hours
The grounds are always open; shops, cafés and Santa's office follow seasonal hours — broadly around 10am–5pm, extended in the December peak. Always check current times.
